Terms and conditions
Dear customers.Please get acquianted to terms and conditions to make sure that there is nothing left you are unhappy with.If any doubts please call us, send message from designated message box or directly by email.
INTERPRETATION
1.Customer means an individual acting as private person(s), business, trade to whom services is given or goods provided.
2.Services means services or/and goods provided with description.
3.Contract means legally binding agreement between you and us to supply goods or services.
4.Order means customer’s order for goods or services supplied.
5.Location means exact location of premisses including full address details where services and/or goods are provided.
SERVICES
6.Description of Services means activities related to repairs and goods provided necessary for undertaken works aiming customer’s satisfaction.
7.Services are assessed and provided to best knowledge, experience and circumstances of particular order .
8.Services provided will take place after cutomer and service provider agreement.
CUSTOMER
9.Customer as individual/s agrees to order on services or goods provided by agnowledging terms ansd conditions including job description,costs,time and duration of works required.
10.Customer is responsible for providing access to necessary location where goods and services are provided.This may include any communal areas such halls, corridors, electrical and gas intake cupboards where equipment and power supply is located or will be installed.
11.Customer has right to cancel order prior any payment and costs are due before agreeing to purchase services and goods.
12.Customer is responsible for providing safe enviorntment for works and goods ordered.
CONTRACT
12.Contract means written agreement between service provider and customer signed by both parties.
13.Contract is valid only for particular works undertaken related to services offfered and goods purchased if necessary.
14.Contract for particular works agreed terminates after all necessary services came with effect of repairs finished and goods provided agreed in customers order.Contract terminates if it can not be continued caused by external reasons and factors.
SERVICE PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITY
15.Service provider takes responsibility for works related only to services and goods provided.
16.Service provider takes responnsibility not to cause any damage to customer’s possesions unless is necessary to continue repairs and agreed by both parties.
17.Service provider does not take responsibility of dangerous conditions caused by faulty existing equipment, features or parts of electrical installation prior comencing works agreed .Any doubts noticed should be discussed by customer and serive provider.
18.Service provider takes responsibility for informing the customer if any specialized works which can not be provided by mentioned service provider will be necessary to continue repairs.This is normally caused by external factors such landlord permisions to install ducts, extra electrical power points, drilling, welding necessary to accomodate features and equipment.
19.Service provider has obligation to provide best services and goods delivered suitable to customer’s needs.
20.Service provider has obligation to keep tidy during works and leave site clean after works are completed.
21.Service provider does not take responsibility for lack cleanness not caused by service provided.
22.Service provider can and should inform the customer if extra specialized equipment will be necessary to gain access to some places to install equipment,cabling, ducts or power points related to works ordered.
23. Service provider does not take responsibility for lack of services from 3rd parties such telephone line, GSM network or Internet providers.
24.Service provider is responsible for weather protection required by good manufacturer or should inform the customer if existing protection has sustained damage or is insufficient
WARRANTY
25.Service provider will provide normally 12 months warranty on new goods purchased.
26.Service provider will not provide warranty on existing goods installed on site by third parties or unknown persons.
27.Running warranty on existing installed goods not related to contracted workd or goods provided is customer’s responsibility.
28.Service provider can offer limited time warranty on goods which are almost new ( new other, refurbrished) after agreeing warranty terms and conditions.

MAINTENANCE
29.Service provider can provide maintenance on goods and services given after it has been agreed by both parties.Such maintenance contract fees will depend on size of system installed, type of features and amount of work required to keep it in good repair.
PAYMENT AND FEES
30.Payment is normally taken 5 working days after competing the works unless works contracted were at smaller scale and instant payment after completion will be required.
Service provider will inform the customer prior undertaking works and accepting the roder.
30a.Payment can be arranged by cash or bank transfer.Payment by cheques unfortunately are not accepted due to processing time.
30b.Fees depend on nature of works and time duration.
TERMINATION
31.Customer has rights of services terminantion caused by unpredictable circumstances or services given are not up to customer’s satisfaction. Any fees due will be calculated and charged.
32.Service provider has rights of services termination if his physical being is threatened, there is a risk of harm, psysical violence, bullying, danger of sustaining injuries or death.
MISCELLANEOUS
33.Service provider may send interesting info related to new features offered by manufacturers in which customer may find some interest.
34.Customer is encouraged to give positive feedback on website or speak about service provider freely if customer is delighted by quality of service provided.
